This tour starts in Hobart and finishes in Launceston. 4 Days and 3 Nights Camping and Walking Tour.
In four adventurous days we visit the Tasman Peninsula and its giant sea cliffs, Freycinet Peninsula where we’ll climb up through the Hazards to view magical Wineglass Bay, we will walk through the spectacular Blue Tier mountains and forests, famous for its giant ferns and eucalypts, before ending up to the north east coast with arguably some of the world’s best beaches at Bay of Fires. Each day we participate in bush walks from 1- 5 hours and travel by four-wheel-drive troop carrier Landrovers or mini buses which are ideal to access remote areas. Each night we experience bush camping and delicious meals with campfire cooking. When we camp we use tents or you can sleep under the stars and we supply cosy swags. We see and appreciate Tasmania’s unique wildlife in the wild.

Tasman Peninsula Depart Hobart at 7am - pick-ups from your accommodation Amazing bush walk/hike to Cape Raoul or Mt Brown on the Tasmanian Peninsula (+5hr walk) Great bush camp on the East Coast of Tasmania.
Day 2 (B,L,D)
Freycinet National Park Head off to Freycinet National Park Hike up Mt Amos for outstanding views of magical Wineglass Bay (+3hr walk) Explore remote East Coast beaches and take a dip in stunning waterholes

Bay of Fires Travel north via blowholes, dazzling turquoise waves and Douglas Apsley NP rock hopping and waterholes
Opportunity to visit a wildlife park and Tasmanian Devil sanctuary.

Day 4 (B,L)
Blue Tier Forests Early morning bush walk in The Blue Tier amongst beautiful temperate rainforest (+2hr walk) Visit waterfalls, mountain tops, or simply soak up more amazing Tassie beaches. Arrive in Launceston at around 6pm. We will drop you off to your accommodation.

What to bring?
Tasmanian weather can be unpredictable so it is important to be prepared for all types of weather. Warm and waterproof clothing is essential. Due to limited space, there is a baggage limit of 15kg per person. Remember to bring comfortable walking shoes, swimming gear, a sleeping bag and lots of sunscreen. The sun in Tasmania can be much stronger than in other parts of Australia - be warned!
Do I need to be fit?
There are hikes / bushwalks on every day of our tours. However, you do not have to be an experienced hiker / bushwalker and, so long as you are fit and healthy, you should be able to go on most of our walks. Each walk varies from 1 hour to in excess of 4 hours over uneven terrain. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can give you more details.
