Escape to a world of unexpected surprises as you drift with the morning mist over the vines and farms on a Hunter Valley balloon flight. Or go no further than the north west fringes of Sydney, the Hills /Hawkesbury region is spectacular to fly over in a hot air balloon, one of Sydney's best kept secrets.
Hot air ballooning is a gentle yet exhilarating romantic adventure. Its the oldest and greatest form of flight and something everyone should experience at least once in a life time although we have many who come back for more! Anyone can participate from 7 years to 107, as long as you can get into the balloon basket you can fly, no special fitness is required.
We meet at dawn to take advantage of the light winds we get in the morning as balloons have no engines we rely on the wind speed and direction to fly therefore we choose from many launch sites to give us the correct flight path. Its a very different way to fly with more emphasis on the journey than the final destination with a lot of fun in between.
After meeting at a central meeting point we transport you to our selected site and get the balloon inflated, then we brief you and get you all aboard for approximately an hours flight. On landing our ground crew will greet you and take photos of the balloon during the flight. Our inflight camera and video will capture your flight and the magnificent views around you.
We transport you back to the meeting point for champagne or a drink of your choice and a full buffet breakfast if you choose, it all helps to get you back to the real world!

Participant Guidelines
No special fitness required, you just need to be able to climb in the balloon basket.
Minimum age/height: 7 years or less than 1.2 metres tall.
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, sunscreen and sun glasses bring a hat and a bottle of water in the hotter months of the year.
Comfortable outdoor shoes as you will be walking on uneven ground. Bring your camera/video.

We will ask you for your weight in kilograms, as you are flying in a lighter than air aircraft.
Passengers are required to check in on the last working day prior to their flight. A final weather check call on the morning of the flight will confirm or cancel the flight.

Flight duration is approx. an hour, but passengers will be with us for 3- 3.5 hours.
